What we do with your data

  • Repair requests stay in our shop CRM until the job is closed; minimal records kept for warranty follow-up.
  • We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.
  • Service email — when you provide email and opt in, we use it for quotes, scheduling, and status for this repair only.
  • Marketing email — optional; reply STOP to opt out anytime.

Self-hosted where possible

Our shop systems run on hardware we control. Staff CRM is at admin.tomasetti.shop (staff-only). Customer tracking is at track.tomasetti.shop.
