The rules here are simple: anything with a circuit board counts. A 1980s fax machine that someone still needs for one client. A karaoke deck with a stuck disc. A hospital pump rescued from a scrapyard. The audio wing has its listening rooms; this wing has the workbench, and the workbench sees stranger things.
Post a picture or a description of the strangest unit that has come through, or the one sitting on your bench right now. Tell us what it is, what it is doing, and whether you have decided to fix it or just appreciate it from a safe distance. Bonus points for the ones that turned out to be worth it, and equal points for the ones that turned out to be exactly as cursed as they looked.
The weirder the better. Every one of these threads ends up useful to somebody, because the odd units are where the hidden knowledge lives.
